"Zoom" Dance 4 CMT Fundraiser (4/22)
Fundraiser
1:00 AM on Saturday, April 22 - 12:59 AM on Sunday, April 23
The CMTA Dance4CMT is an annual Youth-led national fundraising campaign for the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, that unites the youth of the CMTA community to dance for a cure! The dance happens on Zoom and participants dance solo and together all over the world. By participating in this campaign on April 22nd, you will be joining hundreds of other youth and families across the country who want to improve the lives of those living with CMT. Let’s gather, dance, fundraise, and celebrate this strong amazing community. Funds raised by the Dance4CMT campaign fuel the CMTA to find treatments for Charcot-Marie-Tooth (shar-ko¯’ mä-re´ tooth) or CMT, one of the most common heritable neuromuscular diseases, affecting one in 2,500 people worldwide. CMT affects the long peripheral nerves that control the muscles. You can make a difference by participating and raising funds, or by donating generously to any of our participants. Together, with your support, we can reach our fundraising goal. For details, visit https://www.cmtausa.org/events/dance-4-cmt/.
