Sorry to yell at you but it turns out this is important. If you're like 99.87983% of American's (myself included), especially if you're eating at home, you end up eating lunch at your desk. This can lead to all kinds of issues and you will live a better life if you take your lunch.

You can CLICK HERE to see more details about why but essentially it boils down to these few things. When you eat lunch distracted you end up eating more than if you were conscious of what you're eating. That translates to more calories and let's be honest...more pounds.

The other big impact is the lack of a break. If we actually take a 30-minute break from work we will come back refreshed and ready to work and will be WAY more productive. Seems simple enough, now to figure out where to eat lunch that's not my desk.
