Don't Go To Bed Angry, More Than Good Relationship Advice

One of the first pieces of advice any couple is given, especially as they are closer to getting married, is "don't go to bed angry". A great piece of advice that can help to build a lasting relationship and, as science would have it, help you live a healthier life!

When you go to bed angry, either consciously or subconsciously we playing the argument over and over again leading to increase stress and reactions. However, when we address everything before going to bed, we can move on and not be stressed all night while sleeping and into the next day.

The older I get the more I find my parents and grandparents actually know some things even though I never believed it as a kid!
